• Question: Apart form getting children excited about science, what else would you want to achieve from your exhibit if it did take place?

      I’d want people to be more aware of what it is we do in our research, and how it can help them, and also talk about sun awareness a bit, like how to protect yourself from sun damage. Also, I’d hope that people could have a bit of fun with it!

    I’d hope that it would educate people about radiation: what’s harmful, what’s safe and how to tell the difference. I think this would be really useful as people can get bewildered by all the different pieces of technology in the modern world: it’s important to know what’s safe so that you can use new technology to make your life better.
