In my life- probably fly or plane or doing a sky dive

Sceince related- is probably getting a place on the current training programme I am on (The STP) in order for me to become a registered clinical scientist and to be involved in research/work that ill hopefully make a difference.

I think that finishing my PhD was a great achievement for me. It is a lot of hard work (anyone who has done a PhD will probably tell you the same!) and it really takes a lot effort and dedication to get it done. I’m glad I did it though, because I learned so much doing it and it opened up a lot of options for me working as a scientist and now everyone has to call me doctor!

The greatest thing I’ve ever done? How do you mean?

For other people? Probably working with homeless people when I was at uni
Greatest achievement? I’ve placed top 20 in a couple of national cycling championships so perhaps those, or perhaps submitting my PhD, like with Paul.
Thing that gave me most pleasure? All of the above, plus a couple more.
