• Question: Do you enjoy your work or do you find it a chore?

      Yes, I enjoy my work 😀

      I still struggle to get up on Monday morning though!

      Yes I enjoy work. When I have exams and assignments to complete for my training programme that can feel a chore but I really enjoy the actual job.

      Although it can be hard work, it doesn’t ever feel like a chore – I genuinely do enjoy it!

      Yes I usually enjoy it. Some bits are a chore. Like checking plans with lots of beams. If I am checking a plan by a trainee I sometimes have to spend quite a lot of time writing feedback to help the trainee improve. But I was a trainee once (and am training now in some areas of my work) and I know how important it is to get constructive specific feedback – otherwise you keep making the same mistakes! Another chore is tracking down misplaced equipment that has been put in the wrong place – waste of time, but not uncommon…

      I enjoy my job. Sometimes it can be a bit tough when nothing wants to work.
