  oo difficult question. It would be great if ever disease was curable. I would probably say cancer but there is never going to be that one cure for cancer, so maybe a cure for early dementia. one of the saddest things I see at work is those affected by dementia and how this effects their family. It must be really hard to see this progressive disease in someone you know well.
