      I am researching new and better ways of using light to treat skin cancers, and with incidences of skin cancer rising it is very important that we have as best treatments as we can

      I am working on new ways to detect cancer early. If we can detect it early, it means we can treat cancers while they are still small and treatable, before they grow large, spread around the body and become much harder to cure.

      Vascular problems are responsible for the main causes of death within the UK.. It is important to increase awareness and treatments for these conditions.
